Repairing Your  Cushion

1.  Clean repair area. Lay your cushion on a flat surface with the valve open.

Using an alcohol wipe (included), thoroughly clean a generous area around
the puncture.  Allow to dry completely.

2. Select cover patch. Ensure that the cover patch will cover the puncture and

extend beyond it at least 1 in. (2.3 cm) in all directions.

3. Apply Repair Adhesive directly on the puncture.  Using the wooden applica-

tor, thoroughly work the adhesive into the fabric, achieving a thin, even
layer that extends 1 in. (2.5 cm) beyond the puncture.  Make sure a layer of
adhesive completely covers the puncture and allow it to cure for 10-20 min.,
or until the adhesive is tacky.

4. Peel away backing from patch. Center the patch over the puncture and gently

lay it over repair area, ensuring that the patch extends beyond the adhesive
by 3/8 in. (1 cm.).

5. Apply patch. Press the patch firmly with the palm of the hand to ensure the

best adhesion.

6. Let cushion rest. The cushion will be ready to use after leaving it undisturbed,

with the valve open, for at least 3 hours.
