3.5.3 4G/LTE
Before you configure for 4G/LTE, be sure to install the activated SIM card in the slot. In the
4G/LTE page, you can access the general and advanced settings, the connection log, and
traffic of the cellular network.
Confirm with your sales representative whether the 4G module is AT&T or Verizon pre-
certified or not. If so, when you apply for SIM cards from the carriers,

provide Verizon with the pre-certified module name
VT-MOB-CELL-mPCIe

provide AT&T with the pre-certified module name
VT-MOB-MPCIE-4G
.
Remember to ask the carriers for the APN which needs to be filled in the system during 4G
setup.
If you have inserted an activated SIM card in the slot, the SIM card information will display
on the top of the page, including signal strength, IP, and IMEI. While register status and
other general information will display at the bottom of the page.
Description of the numbered areas
1.
Enable/disable 4G/LTE service

Input *99***1# for AT&T SIM card and *99***3# for Verizon SIM card

Input the APN provided by the carrier
4.
Enter the username provided by the carrier for PAP/CHAP authentication

Enter the password provided by the carrier for PAP/CHAP authentication
