Repair DTU
When the device upgrade is unexpectedly interrupted or the firmware is corrupted, the
device connection might fail or the real-time log will keep prompting “CCCCC” as follows.
You can try the following steps to repair the device.
1.
Navigate to
Repair DTU
on the Dtool;
2.
Upload the upgrade file for device repairing;
3.
Confirm the file version;
