Vehicle Data Recording and Privacy
The vehicle has a number of computers
that record information about the vehicle’s
performance and how it is driven. For
example, the vehicle uses computer
modules to monitor and control engine and
transmission performance this information
can be used to provide antilock braking to
help the driver control the vehicle. These
modules may store data to help the
technician service the vehicle. Some
modules may also store data about how
the vehicle is operated, such as rate of fuel
consumption or average speed.

SYSTEMS
The California Air Resources Board and
Vanderhall Motor Works are pleased to
explain the emission control system
warranty on your 2016 motorcycle. In
California, new motorcycles must be
designed, built and equipped to meet the
State’s stringent anti-smog standards.
Vanderhall Motor Works must warrant the
emission control system on your
motorcycle for the period of time listed
below provided there has been no abuse,
neglect, or improper maintenance of your
motorcycle.
Your emission control system may include
parts such as the carburetor or fuel
injection system, the ignition system,
catalytic converter, and engine computer.
Also included may be hoses, belts,
connectors, and other emission related
assemblies. Vanderhall Motor Works
provides the same warranty coverage to all
motorcycle owners, regardless of where
the motorcycle is registered.
Your Warranty Rights and obligations:
In the United States new motorcycles must
