614CVI Arched Cast Surround
for 534/535 Heaters fitted with 610FVI, 611FVI or 612DKA Doors
The 614 Arched Cast Surround is intended to be used on any Valor model 534/535 heaters fitted with a 610FVI
FenderFire Double Doors, 611FVI FenderFire Single Door or 612DKA Alhambra Doors but may also be used on
it’s own with alternate finish material between the heater and surround. Installation of the 614CVI does not affect
clearances, framing dimensions, or other specifications listed in the heater installation manual—see installation
manual supplied with the heater.
Note: Backing or wall anchors may be required behind wall finish at fixing
points to secure cast surround to wall.
Installation
Install heater as per installation instructions. Allow for height of finished hearth.
Install 610FVI, 611FVI or 612DKA Door front (if used) following instructions packed with each kit.
Install 2 mounting cleats (supplied) to the wall, flush with top of finished hearth and adjacent to the
backing plate as indicated above.
Drop slots at back of mantle legs over the wall cleats while pushing mantle back against wall and
dropping over hook at top as indicated above.
