BD-11 Assembly Instructions
Note: The following step by step is a guide to walk you through what may be the best way to
proceed. The Assembly Instructions will guide you through the critical parts to assemble in
sequence but may also leave out some items that can be assembled by visual. Some parts may
be already attached to main frame parts. If you have any questions during the process, please
call

or e-mail
Note:
Since the Stands are Symmetrical the instructions below will focus on one stand. Once
you have one done you can do the second much easier.
Step #1 #2:
Main Frames (do one side first then the other)
1.
Attach
part #10 Front Upright Frame
to part
#11 Bottom Right Base
using
Nuts/Bolts/Washer from part
#3 M10 x 75
. Firmly tighten the nuts.
2.
Attach part #9 Rear Upright Frame to part #11 as shown in diagram. Use same part
#1
M10 x 85 Nuts/Bolts and Washers
.
Helpful Hint:
Finger tight the bolts/nuts in point #2. You will need to add another part in
a few minutes and will be using the top hole. Leaving the nut finger tight will make it
easier to add the part in question.
3.
Attach
part #13 Upper Cross Frame
to the tops of both
parts #10 and #9 using Bolts
#3 M10 x 75 Washers and Nuts.
Pay attention to the direction this will be placed. The
pair of holes closest to the end of the Upper Cross Frame need to be towards the rear of
the unit. You will know if this is correct in a few more steps. After confirming you are
correct in this step, go ahead and firmly tighten the nuts.
4.
Duplicate the above steps for other frame but for the bottom base you will use
part #12
Bottom Left Frame
. Use the correct bolts as shown in the diagram (these will be the
same ones you just used in points #1, #2 and #3. Remember to finger tighten only the
#1 Bolt/Nut towards the bottom rear of the frame.
Step #3: Cross Sections
5.
With one of the frames lying down,
attach part #14 Upper Cross Frame
to the rear of
the frame you picked. Make sure you are
attaching part #14 to the “inside” of the frame.
Place
part #21 Long Face Plate on the “outside
” of the frame as you connect to part
#14 with part #1 Bolts, Washers and nuts
. Firmly tighten down on the Bolt/Nut.
