Technical Support.
The camera does not
respond to the remote and
the light is yellow.
A firmware update is in progress.
Wait a few minutes, and try again when
the light turns blue.

No IP stream.
Streaming is not enabled.
Enable streaming: Streaming page in
the web interface.
The camera is not currently using
the expected streaming protocol.
Select the appropriate streaming
protocol: Streaming page in the web
interface.
The video stream displays
poorly - for example, there
is a jagged band where the
image is not displayed
The stream requires more
bandwidth than is available to the
viewer.
Reduce the streaming resolution.
