Depending on the application, venting can cause explo -
sive mixtures to form or other hazardous situations to
arise.

Never vent processes with air which could form an
explosive mixture.

In the case of flammable substances, use
only inert gas for venting, e. g., nitrogen
(max. 1,2 bar/17.5 psi abs.).
