Motor protection
A temperature sensor in the winding protects the pump motor. In
case of excess temperature or if the motor is blocked, the motor
is shut down.
If the vacuum pump is switched off due to this safe
‑
ty precaution, the error must be cleared manually:
Unplug pump from the power supply or acknowledge error mes
‑
sage at the controller
Eliminate cause of error
Allow pump
to cool down
Switch vacuum pump back on.
