Checking the overflow tank
The overflow tank

is located at the
back of the appliance. If there is an
excessive build-up of foam, the foam
is diverted to the overflow tank. The
tank must be checked periodically and
emptied when necessary.
Prepare the drain tray

in readi-
ness for draining the tank.
Take the overflow hose

out of its
fixture and drain off the contents
into the drain tray.
Put the hose back into its fixture.

Even after being correctly drained some liquid will remain in the tank.
