Cleaning the cooking space
A
Avoid using abrasive cleaners such as scouring pads, steel wool, etc. as they can
damage the surface.

Wipe the cooking space clean while the appliance is still warm using a cloth
dampened with water only. Finish off by polishing with a soft cloth.

To remove dried-on dirt, switch the appliance on for a short period (about 30 min-
utes) beforehand, setting it to the
operating mode. This will soften the dirt.
For ease of cleaning, various parts in the cooking space can be easily removed (as
described below).
Removing the shelf guides

Unscrew the knurled nuts

in the front of
the shelf guides in an anti-clockwise
direction.

Pull the shelf guides

slightly to the side of
the screw and remove from the front.

To reassemble, insert the shelf guides into
the holes in the back wall of the cooking space and position on screw. Tighten the
knurled nuts

in a clockwise direction.
The cooking space temperature sensor can be easily dam
aged. Care must be taken not to bend it during cleaning.
Bluish discolouration and limescale stains can be removed using a mild caus-
tic cleaner or some lemon juice.
