Emptying the water tank
When the appliance is switched off, the residual water is pumped back into the water
tank.

When finished, remove and empty the water tank.

Dry the water tank and slot back into position in the appliance.

Leave the appliance door open to allow the cooking space to cool down and dry.

Using accessories
The water in the tank may be hot.
If the residual water is not pumped off immediately, then this is because:

80 °C.
Any operating mode can be started again at any time.

forated cooking tray. The stainless steel tray can also be used
for cooking meat or vegetables in liquid (e.g. sauerkraut with
pork loin) as well as for regenerating dishes on.

The perforated cooking tray is for steaming fresh or frozen veg-
etables as well as for regenerating dishes on.

Using knives or cutting wheels on the stainless steel tray or the
perforated cooking tray will damage the surface.
