Operating the appliance
The appliance can be operated using the operating and display elements on the appli-
ance or the remote control (available as an accessory).

Using for the first time
Appliance configuration
The model can be used to extract or recirculate air. The appliance is set up ex-factory for
use in the extraction mode.
Setting up the appliance for use in the recirculation mode
▸ Switch the appliance and the illumination off.
▸ Hold the
button depressed for 5 seconds.

The appliance is now configured for the recirculation mode and the saturation indic-
ator for the activated charcoal filter is activated.
