Cleaning the cooking space
The cleaning programme can be used with or without the special cleaner. The spe-
cial cleaner is available as a special accessory.
▸ Any condensate or food particles must be completely removed after each cooking
session with steam.
▸ Place the stainless steel tray under the perforated cooking tray or wire shelf when
cooking to catch food particles and condensate.
▸ Clean the filter in the water outlet.
If the outlet is blocked in spite of this, contact Customer Services.
▸ Remove any soiling from the cooking space while still hand warm. Use a soft cloth
dampened with water and a little washing-up liquid. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
▸ To remove dried-on soiling more easily, switch the appliance on for about 30 minutes
beforehand, setting it to the
operating mode and a temperature of 80 °C. This will
soften the soiling.
▸ For stubborn soiling, e.g. from chicken, clean the cooking space when cold with a
grease-dissolving spray cleaner or cream cleaner in accordance with the manufac-
turer’s instructions.
After the end of the operation, the appliance is automatically rinsed for hygiene
reasons. These rinsing processes vary depending on the requirements and last 2–
10 minutes.

ings.

hold it at the sides firmly with both hands.
