The time can be shown at any time.
Showing the time
▸ Expand the function bar.
▸ Touch the «Time» function button.

The time is shown in the display.

If set, the operating time of an application is also shown.
Hiding the time
▸ Either touch or press «OK».

If set, the operating time of an application is also hidden.

Applications that are running can be cancelled or ended before time.
