Hot air
Uses a combination of hot air and bottom heat to
bake the base of the food particularly intensively.
Especially suitable for baking juicy flans, quiches,
pizzas, etc. on one level.
Use the original baking tray or a round tin on the
wire shelf.
A heating element behind the back wall of the
cooking space heats up the air in the cooking
space. A fan circulates the hot air evenly around
the cooking space. The food is heated evenly
from all sides so that it is possible to bake on two
to three levels at the same time, thus saving
energy.
Suitable for baking biscuits, flans and cakes on
several levels or roasting a joint of meat at the bot-
tom and baking a gratin at the top of the cooking
space.
