5 Trouble-shooting
4.5 Replacing the LED light bulb
Remove the screw fuse for the appliance or switch off the circuit breaker. LED light
bulbs get warm during operation! Allow them to cool down first.
▸ Remove the grease filter.
▸ Unscrew the LED light bulb from its fixture and replace it with a new LED bulb of the
same type (see the designation on the light bulb housing or on the identification plate
for this).
▸ Put back the grease filters.
▸ Put the screw fuse back in or switch the circuit breaker back on again.

Possible cause Solution
▪ Metal grease filters are dirty. ▸ Clean metal grease filters.
▪ Only for recirculation model: The activ-
ated charcoal filters are saturated. ▸ Replace the activated charcoal filters.
▪ Only for extraction model: The fresh air
intake is insufficient. ▸ Ensure fresh air intake is sufficient.
