Oil discharge from between the
pump body and the pump head.
Worn out oil seals.
Replace the oil seals.
Excessive vibrations.
Worn out or dirty valves.
Replace the valves.
The engine does not start.
There is no fuel in the tank.
Ensure the fuel tank has the correct
fuel.
Struggling to start engine procedure:
1.
Check if engine on- off switch is on (see Fig 1 on page 10) & then try start engine
2.
Check if engine oil level is correct & top up if the oil is low. The engine has a low oil cut out
to save the engine from damage due to low oil. If the level is ok then try start engine.
3.
Check the fuel tap and choke is in the correct starting position. (page 11 Fig 4) & then try
start engine.

Carefully remove lead off spark plug
