USJL-001 Electric Meter Jumper Leads - Ferrule End
Operation Manual
Our Electric Meter Jumper Lead sets are a convenient and safe method to prevent a customer outage during
meter removal or change-out.
The USJL-001 Electric Meter Jumper Lead Set has a maximum
rating of 200 Amps and 240 Volts AC when attached in parallel
(each individual lead has a maximum of 100 Amps).
USJL-001 has a ferrule connector and can only be attached to
meter sockets with horn bypass lugs. Horn bypass lugs are a
factory installed residential socket option. The horn bypass lugs
consist of specially designed lugs with metal tangs that act as
attachment points for insulated jumper leads.
The lack of exposed metal on the USJL-001 provides a
substantial level of safety for the operator.
