13. Install heater core.
14. Charge air-conditioning system with 1.2 lbs of refrigerant.
15. Start vehicle and check air-conditioning performance.
Heater Core
NOTE: 5/16" drive ratchet with magnetic sockets will make the process easier.
Removal
NOTE: Keep all hardware for reinstallation.
1. Under the hood on the passenger side, clamp heater and drain hoses and remove from evaporator
assembly.
2. Remove two #10 x 1/2" screws through the access holes in the foam seal.

vehicle's air-conditioning system.
