BLC – BACK LIGHT COMPENSATION

Note: this menu is active only if the camera is in DAY mode or set to fixed color mode;it does not work
in
NIGHT mode or if it is set to fixed Black/White mode (in this last case, the option BLC of the BACKLIGHT
menu is replace by “----“).
An object with a strong light in the background usually appears dark and not so visible if compared with the
rest of image. The BLC function allows to solve this problem and obtain a good compensation.
Selecting this menu item you can choose among the options OFF (not active), BLC and HLC
BLC is accessed by selecting the following submenu:

disabled with BLC OFF)

It allows to change the brightness gain value on the
selected area.
HEIGHT

It allows to change the height of the selected area.

It allows to change the width of the selected area.
