4.8. FLOOR CALL
If a floor call is received, the video door phone starts ringing with the ringtone chosen by the user
.
The function is only available if a key has been connected to the “CP” terminals
If the video door phone is configured in
Local Power mode, the display will show the following screen when
the call is received:
4.9. PANIC ALARM
ATTENTION! The panic alarm function assumes that:
•
the system has a switchboard;
•
there is an operator on duty at the switchboard;
•
the switchboard operator has been duly instructed on what to do if a panic alarm is received.
The activation of the “Panic Alarm” signal is only available if a key has been connected to the “PANIC”
terminals.
Press the key to activate the function. When the user presses the key, a panic alarm message is sent to the
concierge switchboard.
If the video door phone is configured in
Local Power or Low rise block mode and if the call forwarding
function has been configured in the system, the “Panic Alarm” message is also sent to all Smartphones on
which the CallMe app is installed (for full details on how to configure the call forwarding function, see the
Parameter configuration booklet
in the “
Call Forwarding Function
” chapter).
4.10. MUTE FUNCTION
This function can be used to mute the ring tone on the video door phone and any connected supplementary
ringers.
The MUTE function does not exclude the ringing of the floor call.
The function can be activated in two different ways
:
•
MUTE 8h or MUTE Timer: pressing the
key for a longer time will silence the video door phone in
the configured mode: 8h or Timer or via a schedule (for more details on how to configure the function
In the event of a power failure, the MUTE 8h function will restart from zero as if it had just been
activated
.
•
MUTE (no time limit): by pressing the
button for a short time the video door phone will be muted
until the button is pressed again
.
After any power failure the function will keep the state it had before the event.
