T H E

P P E R

O O M

1. Set the Function Speed control dial to the desired setting. Rotate the dial clockwise to increase speed,

counterclockwise to decrease. If you are not sure what speed to use, start out slow; the speed can be
varied while operating the function.

2. While depressing the foot switch, push the Boom Extend control lever rearward to extend the boom, for-

ward to retract the boom. Release the control lever to stop extending/retracting.
