Do not exceed the specified maximum
quantities, because it would overload
the machine.
For heavy yeast dough (such as bread
dough), mix the dry ingredients, switch
on the food processor and slowly add
the liquid to the ingredients.
If you have accidentally filled the ap-
pliance with too much dough, divide
the dough, remove half and knead the
two quantities of dough separately
from each other.
