EXPLANATION OF FUNCTIONS
Here is an overview of the functions of the oven. Recipes for the respective func-
tions start on page 42.
Note: All functions that are presented with straight lines
are
ideally
suited for baking, e.g. baking biscuits/cookies.
The functions that are presented with wave ~~ are ideally suited for preparing
fish, meat and poultry.
Top and bottom heat
The bottom and the top heating element heat.
Slide baking sheet/grate into the lower holder.
Pre-set temperature: 180°C
Temperature selection is possible between 30 und 230°C.
Pre-set time: 30 minutes
Time selection possible between 1 and 120 minutes.
Rotisserie and circulating air can be switched on in addition.
Top heat
Only the top heating element heats.
Slide baking sheet/grate into the lower holder.
Pre-set temperature: 150°C
Temperature selection is possible between 30 und 180°C.
Pre-set time: 30 minutes
Time selection is possible between 5 and 120 minutes.
Rotisserie and circulating air can be switched on in addition.
Bottom heat
Only the bottom heating element heats.
Slide baking sheet/grate into the lower holder.
Pre-set temperature: 180°C
Temperature selection on the lower temperature regulator is
possible between 30 und 230°C.
