repairs are carried out by unauthorized third parties.
BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
1. Remove all packaging materials and transport safeguards. Keep packaging
materials away from children– danger of suffocation!
2. Before taking your ice cream maker into operation for the first time, we
recommend to rinse all removable parts – except the compressor casing
(4) – in warm water.
3. Wipe the casing and slot for the ice cream bowl with a damp, well-wrung
cloth.
4. Place the appliance on a dry, level work surface.
5. Due to storage and transport, the lubricant for the mixer drive may become
viscous in individual cases. If the mixer does not rotate automatically during
operation or after a longer break, please press the mixer firmly into the ice
container and turn it clockwise by hand a few times. A smooth operation
is usually possible then. Otherwise, please contact our customer service
department.
PREPARATION OF ICE CREAM
1.
Prepare the ingredi-
ents for the ice cream
as described in the
recipe. If the ice cream
mass needs to be
cooked before you can
use it further, please
do so the previous day
to allow it to cool thor-
oughly.
2. Cool the prepared ice cream mass or the required ingredients down to refrig-
erator temperature (approx. 6–8 °C).
3. Purée fruit directly before preparation, and add fruit chunks only towards
the end of the preparation process.
4. Add alcohol only carefully and in small amounts towards the end of the
freezing time because alcohol lengthens the freezing time.
