USER FRIENDLY SAFETY GUARD
You r SILVER 50 spiral mixe r feature s a tw o par t safet y guard . Th e Swin g Safet y Guar d i s
the front one and it is easil y opened by lifting it up . I t will be helpful to do this t o plac e
ingredient s i n th e bowl . You can also use the stainless steel grate in the lid to add
ingredients and it provide s a clea r vie w o f th e produc t throughou t th e mixin g cycle .

The bowl shield is positioned on top of the spiral above the bowl and it prevents any
contamination of your final dough such as grease , oil , dust , etc.
