Gas Leakage Test
Please note that all gas connections have been tested and checked
at the factory for gas tightness.
In any case, before using the appliance, check that the installation
has been carried out correctly and that the appliance does not have
any gas leaks. Please do not carry out the leakage test while
smoking as it could be seriously damaged.
To perform the leakage test, make a soap solution of one part liquid
detergent and one part water. The soap solution can be applied with
a spray cylinder, a brush or a cloth. In the event of a leak, soap
bubbles will appear.
The test should be performed with a full cylinder but make sure the
safety control valve is in the OFF position.
Turn on the gas supply. In the event of a leak, turn off the gas supply
and tighten the parts where gas leaks have been identified.
Then turn on the gas supply and check again.
