Power connections
PG Cable gland
Cable gland metal M25 x 1.5 with shield contact
Connection- Battery plus
Connection – Motor W
Connection – Motor V
Connection -- Motor U
Connection- Battery minus
Cables maximal 50 mm2 (AWG 1/0)
Assembly:
Only shielded cables to be used!
Connection example:
Adapt dimensions to the cables and cable gland used!
Strip outer insulation to 34..38 mm. shorten shield to 10 mm.
Strip inner insulation. Copper strand 7..12 mm.
Cable lug insulation 25 mm (braided sleeve
or heat shrink tubing).
Cable lug for M10 screw.
Push on the PG cable gland with shield springs.
Push on cable lug insulation.
Press the cable strands into the cable lug (15 mm).
Screw in the PG gland in the device.
Screw the cable lug onto the internal busbar.
Tighten the cap of the PG gland.
Tighten the cable gland on the cable lug.
Connecting screw:
M10 x 12 (self-locking or corrugated washer, no tooth lock washer)
Maximum tightening torque 20 Nm
Note:
The cable gland is not included in the delivery.
