Da se prepričate o uporabi pravilne dimenzije
robilnika šalic krmilnega ležaja, pred uporabo orodja
premerite notranji premer ležišča v glavi okvirja.
Meritev ležišča ponovite vsaj dvakrat in v dveh
različnih smereh. Izmerjene vrednosti ležišč na okvirju
primerjajte z meritvami zunanjega premera ležaj, ki ga
želite namestiti.
Use the caliper and measure the inside diameter of
the head tube to determine the correct reamer size.
When measuring head tube inside diameter (ID)
make sure to measure in two different directions
and make at least two measurements. Measure also
the outside diameter (OD) of the headset cup to be
pressed in. Compare the measurements of the head
tube ID with the measurements of the headset OD.
Orodje vstavite skozi glavo okvirja in ga sestavite, kot
prikazuje slika.
Insert the tool through head tube and assemble as
shown on the picture.
Orodje privijte tako, da konični del orodja nasede v
okvir in centrira robilnik na drugi strani okvirja. Za
pravilno naleganje orodja v odprtino glave okvirja, za
nekaj obratov privijte še matico pod vzmetjo.
Make sure the reamer is seating correctly in to the
head tube. Conical part of the tool should seat in to
the frame and center the reamer on the other side of
head tube. Thread the tension nut to compress the
spring and add some tension to the tool.
Namestite magnetni ročaj orodja v utor za ročaj.
Install the magnetic handle in to the designated
groove.
Za pravilno delovanje orodja je treba robilnike
naoljiti. V nasprotnem primeru rezultati dela ne bodo
optimalni, orodje in/ali okvir pa se lahko poškodujeta.
Pričnite z obračanjem ročaja v smeri urinega kazalca.
For best results, make sure to oil the reamer before
you start. Failing to oil the reamer can result in
damage to the frame and/or the tool. Start turning
handle clockwise.
Ponovimo korake 2 -6 na drugi strani glave okvirja.
Repeat steps 2 – 6 on the other side of the head tube.
