Purpose
The INCA Analyzer Series are a (semi)continuous

measuring instruments to analyze gas
compositions in biogas, raw biogas, poor gas and bio-methane. With their capability to
measure gas components such as CO
2
, CH
4
, O
2
, H
2
S, H
2
, specific gravity and additional
calculated values, the INCA Analyzer Series can be applied in biogas plants for monitoring,
optimization and evaluation of biological processes.

Measurement phase:
discontinuous/continuous/semi-continuous

single stream/multiple stream
Autocalibration:
after every purge gas phase (approx. 15 min)
Calibration interval:
manually or automatically
(configurable between 1 hour to several weeks)
Calibration duration:
10 minutes (recommended)

depending on the configuration
