Administration

Free Programmable Keys

3.9.13

Deflect a Call

On key press, an incoming call is deflected to the specified destination.

The target destination is defined in the

Destination

parameter.

Use the Key label <key number> field to define or change the name (label) of the key.

Free Programmable Keys (FPKs) can be configured via the WBM or on the local phone. For
details regarding the different ways to configure program keys, please refer to How to Config-
ure Free Programmable Keys (FPKs).

Shift Level

Shift the level for the programmable keys. When activated, the functions assigned to the shifted
level are available on the keys.

Use the Key label <key number> field to define or change the name (label) of the key.
