Conversations
A conversation represents one contact. The call history of a contact is displayed in the respective
conversation. If a contact is not involved in a call, then the conversation is empty. New conversa-
tions are created or updated for:
• a previously answered call
• a dialed call
• a missed call
• an Exchange entry following automatic synchronization
If the phone is configured to MultiLine (more information about keyset
page 151), conversations
are created for calls on all lines, except for answered calls on secondary shared lines.
The list is ordered chronologically based on the last event. The latest entry appears at the top of
the list. Active calls are displayed before the conversations.
The status of a conversation is displayed with icon and text.
