Packaging Description
UM220-IV L modules use carrier tape and reel (suitable for mainstream surface mount
equipment), packaged in vacuum-sealed aluminum foil antistatic bags, with a desiccant
inside to prevent moisture. When using reflow welding process to weld modules, please
strictly comply with IPC standard to conduct humidity control on modules. As
packaging materials such as carrier belt can only withstand the temperature of 65
degrees Celsius, modules shall be removed from the packaging during baking.
