Assemble the worm

wheel with the mark"V"
directed upward.

Bearing housing

Flange bolt

Tightnig torque:
167±20N‑m
(17±2kgf‑m)

Nut:Apply "Lock Tight#262"before tightening it.

Fill up with grease here.

Use Lithium soap radical grease

(such as Rizonix grease No.1 or Kyseki)

Note: Tighten the nut to the extent that

the gear shaft can be rotated to either

direction with your both hands.

Apply Grease to
the inside of
dust seal.

Reference
Tightening torque:20N‑m(2kgf‑m)

Apply "ThreeBond
#1401"to it.
