８．１ Internal view of control box

Matters to be attended when carrying out electric welding

When carrying out electric welding, a large amount of electric current from the welder flows back
through ground circuit which in turn may damage the control box.
Be sure to observe the following:

(1) Turn OFF the starter switch.
(2) Disconnect the cable from the “－” (negative pole) terminal of battery.
(3) Be sure to connect the ground cable of welder securely to the nearest position from the
point to be welded.
