This e-shop also reserves its right to interrupt at any time and without notice,
partly or in whole, the provision of the website’s services.
In any case, not exercising any of the rights stemming from the e-shop’s terms of
use does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
Product manufacturer’s and e-shop’s liability
The manufacturer of the products available for purchase on this e-shop, as well
as the e-shop itself, shall not be liable for the items produced by the purchased
products (e.g. three-dimensional objects printed with or without the use of the
relevant software or code) or the purpose, mode and potential implications of
the above items’ use. The buyer/consumer shall be solely liable for the items
produced by the purchased products and for their proper use as far as place,
time, cause and objective are concerned. The buyer/consumer who uses the
items produced by the purchased products undertakes the legal obligation to
abide by the safety rules and to fully respect their fellow citizens’ life, health,
bodily integrity, peace and quiet. With the exception of persons under the close
supervision of a legally fully capable adult, the use of the purchased products by
minors, persons placed under judicial guardianship and persons who are, in
general and for any reason, incapable of protecting themselves or others from
potential dangers arising from the use and operation of the products available
for purchase on this e-shop and/or the items produced by the purchased
products is explicitly forbidden.
Governing law
The present contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
Greek Law and European Law, as the latter has been incorporated into the
former. The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any
dispute or claim between the user/consumer and the company arising out of or
in connection with the website’s services or for any other reason.
