the Q-tip swab, dipped in 70% alcohol, on narrow and less accessible surfaces, such as the
otoscope lens or the tongue depressor holder. Make sure the lens, located at the front of the
camera, is clean.
Caution
: Do not immerse or soak the Device in any solution or liquid.
Caution
: Do not use steam, heat, or gas sterilization on the Device.
Caution
: Keep the Device away from extreme heat, cold, solvents, and oils.
A visit includes all the recorded exams for a single patient. Before starting a new visit, it is
recommended to first identify the patient you are about to examine. Then, you can perform and
record the needed exams.
When finished, tap
Save Visit
in the Device to end and keep the visit, and then select how you
want to share it with a clinician: either by an online visit, featuring a video conference, or offline as
an exam-and-forward visit.
In addition, if you want to start the examination immediately, without identifying the patient in
advance, you can select
Start Unidentified Visit
on the Device.
Note that in any case, if you want to save or share a visit with a clinician, you'll have to identify the
patient at the end of the visit.

During Sleep mode, the Device screen is turned off. This mode is indicated by a blinking green
