Send data (OFF), the AC power supply turns off output.

If the output is short-circuit or malfunctioning, send data (CLEAR) to clear malfunctioning and
to turn off output.
4. FAULTS AND TROUBLE SHOOTING
Fault
No output, all panel indicators are out
Causes
No power supply input
Clear
a)
Check if the power switch is turned on.
b)
Check if the fuse is blowout
c)
Check if the power supply is correctly plugged to local AC mains, or if electricity is
out.
Fault
No voltage output, frequency meter is good, voltmeter displays “0’ and beeper alarms
Causes
Over load or abnormal load
Load with over starting current
Clear
Turn off the POWER switch, press key RESET to reset the setting. Reduce load capacity.
Fault
Remote control port failure
Causes
a)
The remote control address, baud rate are different from the settings on the PC
b)
Connector or wire problem. In this case, disconnect the instrument from the PC
c)
L loose contact or jamming.
Clear
a)
Make the remote control address and baud rate the same on the PC and the
instrument.
b)
Test the signal wire between the instrument and the PC. The TXD to GND terminal
should have a voltage of -8V to -12V.
c)
The receiving data may have problems, even if the remote control port works
properly. This may be due to loose contact between the port and the cable connector.
It can also be caused by jamming from the operating environment. In this case, make
well connect of the port and the cable connector. Also, use a shielding wire and make
the shielding wire grounded to earth.
