- Remove the handle bar sleeve and take out pulley gear 

shift.

- Remove cover handle bar ( C ) by loosening two screws

- Loosen lock nut  and adjuster nut near pulley at engine end 

Removal

 

- Pull out cable inner gear shift

Gear cable inner replacement

- Remove the lock clip ( D )

- Loosen pulley gear shift nut at engine end and take the 

pulley out 

- Insert cable  inner through cable outer and adjuster

- Loosen pulley nut and take out pulley

- Take out adjuster gearshift cable from stopper

- Pull out cable inner and connect to pulley at engine end   

   through pinch bolts

Assembly

- Apply oil on inner and route it through outer and holes 

   provided in the pulley gear shifter and tighten pinch bolts.

- Connect gear cable inner to pulley gear shifter at handle 

   bar end.
