1.
Attach control to seat
Turn the carton upside down and cover it
with one of the plastic bags. Place the seat
on it as shown. Finger tighten each of the
4 screws attaching the control (C) to the
seat as shown. Now tighten all 4 screws
firmly using a Phillips screwdriver.
3.
Insert cylinder into base
With base resting on floor, insert
cylinder as shown.
2.
Snap casters into base (if not already
assembled) Insert the shafts of the casters
into their corresponding sockets of the base.
Push in firmly. Stand the base upright.
