Explanation of display items
Speed
- Shows the actual treadmill speed in workout mode�
Display range: 0�8~20�0 km/h�
Pulse
- Shows the pulse rate when holding both HR handgrips, or wear
compatible chest strap (5Khz).
Display range: 50~200 bpm�
Distance
- Shows the ran distance workout mode�
- Shows remaining distance when being in countdown mode� When
reach goal display will show “END”�
- Display range: 0�00~99�99 km�
When reached maximum display distance, the counting will start
over again�
‼ NOTE
• This parameter will only count when walking/ running on the
treadmill� This is because of the build in movement sensing
system�
Time
- Shows the ran time in workout mode�
- Shows remaining time when being in countdown mode� When
reach goal display will show “END”�
- Display range: 0:00~18:00 hours�
When reached maximum display time, the counting will start over
again�
Calories
- Shows the consumed calories in workout mode�
- Shows remaining calories when being in countdown mode� When
reach goal display will show “END”�

Display range: 0.0~999 K.Calories.
When reached maximum display calories, the counting will start
over again�
‼ NOTE
• This parameter will only count when walking/ running on the
treadmill� This is because of the build in movement sensing
system�
• This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise
sessions which cannot be used in medical treatment�
Incline
- Shows the actual treadmill incline in workout mode�
Display range: 0.0~15 (steps)
Pace
- Shows based on the current speed how long it will take in minutes
to run 1km distance�
‼ NOTE
• This parameter will only count when walking/ running on the
treadmill� This is because of the build in movement sensing
system�
Steps
- Shows the actual running steps�
- Shows remaining steps when being in countdown mode� When
reach goal display will show “END”�
- Display range: 0~99999 steps�
When reached maximum display calories, the counting will start
over again�

• This parameter will only count when walking/ running on the
treadmill� This is because of the build in movement sensing
system�
Matrix
- Displays running speed and incline profile for the selected
program�
Each speed window block is equal to 2 km/h�
Each incline window block is equal to 2 steps�
Programs
Quick start
-
Press “START” button to start your workout without any pre-set
settings�
- Treadmill will start at minimum speed of 0,8 Km/h after a 3 seconds
countdown, without any preset goal setting�

Adjust Speed / Incline manually at any time to change your
workout, and stop/ pause at anytime�
Manual mode
-
Press “PROGRAMS” button to open programming mode.

Press “PROGRAMS” buttons to select Prog 01 or press “MANUAL”
button for quick selection�

Press “SPEED/ INCLINE” buttons to set your desired training time
Default training time is set on 30:00 minutes�
Range 5:00~99:00 min�

Press “START” button to start your workout, or ....
- Press “MODE” button to modify the pre set speed and incline
settings for each program segment�
- Press the “SPEED” buttons to set the speed�
Press the “INCLINE” buttons to set the incline.
Press “MODE” button to confirm and go to next programming
stage of the program profile� �
- Repeat the above action to configure the other steps (16 steps in
total ).

Press the START/STOP button to start the program.
‼ NOTE
•
During the workout mode you can use “SPEED/ INCLINE” keys
to adjust speed and/ or incline for the active training segment
of the running profile�
• When the pre set training time is reached the display will show
display will show “END” and workout stops�
