Q: What guarantees do you give on your products?
A: 2 years guarantee (1 year international). Our manufacturer warrants its air products to
be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service
conditions. Warranty is not extended to items such as, but not limited to, cuts, punctures,
abrasions, burns, or use of abrasive or caustic cleansers.
Q: When our Air Product is leaking, how can you help us?
A: First of all, check if all valves are properly closed. If a valve is leaking, please contact us.
A puncture in the surface or damage to a seam could cause your Air Product to leak. For
both options we have a solution that is both simple and cheap. You do not have to send
the equipment back to us; you can fix it using the repair material in the package. Repairs
take no longer than 10 minutes.
Q: If our air track has a hole by accident, what kind of glue is recommended?
A: The general PVC glue is ok. If you want to use high quality glue, then we recommend
Pattex Brand because we use this brand glue on our air products.
