Start Up

The battery is shipped NOT CHARGED.  It is necessary to charge the battery approximately 1 hour 20 minutes before being able

to use it.   The normal charge is 32 °F to 113 °F.  When not in this level the charge automatically stops until reaching the right

temperature.  The normal temperature for discharge / work is 32 °F to 167 °F. If 167 °F are exceeded, the electronic control stops

the tool energy until the temperature reaches the temperature optimum new level. When the battery is below the normal

tension while working the tool stops working. Give the tool 15 minutes rest. In warm weather or after a long period of work the

battery will get too hot to recharge. Allow the battery to cool down before trying to charge again.

To install the battery into the tool handle, align the battery unit with the rails

on the inside of the tool handle and slide it into the handle until the battery

unit is firmly inserted into the tool; check that it does not slip out by itself.

To remove the battery from the tool, press the release button (

C

) and pull

the battery firmly out of the tool handle.

• Set the direction button in the locked position (center).

• Take the die and push firmly onto the frame. The

on top. Once the accessory is installed, the retaining ring

applies pressure which helps allow the accessory to be

retained.

WARNING

• Always use impact dies with this tool. Do not use dies for

hand tools. Consult the                                  catalog to

learn about our accessory’s variety.

• Use 1/2” dies for box.

• Using adaptors for other sizes are not recommended.

Use only if strictly necessary.

• If the die has orifices always use rubber rings and steel

tips when setting it into de box impeller.

• When the box is with a retaining ring, verify is in good

repair. If damaged, replace immediately.

                            • When a die has not been secured and

adjusted as indicated, it can shoot out and injure the

operator.
