Real-time start for PFO program
4.1
Overview
The TruControl 1000 operating program has a "Real-time start"
function with which PFO programs can be started by a trigger
signal. The "Real-time start" function can be activated in the
laser program editor if a PFO program is inserted into a pro-
gram line of a laser program.
If a PFO program is executed in a laser program with the "Real-
time start" function:
■
the focusing optics travels to the starting point of the geomet-
ric figure.
■
the PFO program is only started if an external trigger signal
becomes active on the real-time interface of the PFO.
■
the control creates a fault message if the trigger signal is
activated before the PFO has reached the starting point.
