Removal of Guide Sleeve (6a; Rubber bush or 6b;
Floating Bearing
9.3.1.1 If present, remove guide pin (4).
9.3.1.2 Clean the area around the bearing.
9.3.1.3 Prepare tool combination (

) with (T06)
Ø39 mm

9.3.1.4 Place tool (
R
1
) in position on the caliper. Hand tighten
(T22) (see Fig.).
9.3.1.5 Hold (T22) using a ring-spanner 24 A/F and pull-out
the rubber bush (6) by turning tool (T20) with a suitable tool
(see Fig.).

Removal of Double Roll Bearing (6f)
9.3.2.1 Remove the guide pin (6f.4) from the double roll
bearing (6f) by pushing from the outside (arrow

to inside
(see Fig. ).
9.3.2.2 Using a suitable tool, trim off inner-boot as close to
the caliper as possible. Take care not to damage the caliper
surface.
