Lift handle to extended
position. Tighten wing knobs.
Insert carriage bolts and tighten with wing nuts.
Hold blade control handle against upper handle.
Slowly slip starter rope into guide.
Tighten rope guide wing knob.
Secure cable to lower handle with
cable tie provided with unit.
