BVAXN – installation manual for replacing the motor
1.
Disconnect!
2.
Open the terminal box and disconnect the motor wiring.
3.
Remove the extension duct.
4.
Retract the cable.
5.
Remove the impeller.
6.
Insert additional screw joints into the duct.
7.
Disassemble the motor and assemble a new one.
8.
Wind up the impeller.
9.
Guide the connecting cables outside.
10.
Assemble the extension duct.
11.
Disconnect the terminal box from the console.
12.
Screw on the console extension sheet.
13.
Assemble and wire the terminal box and diagnostic unit.
14.
Perform a motor functional test.

Disconnect!

Open the terminal boxes and disconnect the motor connecting cables.
3.
Remove the extension ducts.
4.
Retract the cables.
5.
Remove the impellers.
6.
Insert additional screw joints into the ducts.
7.
Disassemble the motors and assemble new ones.
8.
Wind up the impellers.
9.
Guide the connecting cables outside.
10.
Assemble the extension ducts.
11.
Disconnect the terminal boxes from the console.
12.
Screw on the console extension sheets.
13.
Assemble and wire the terminal boxes and diagnostic units.
14.
Perform a motor functional test.
