To change the voltage:

Replace motor overload with correct one for the new

voltage, see chart below. Refer to appendix “Overload

Setting and Resetting” for proper adjustment procedures.

Replace the phase monitor with correct one for the new

voltage, see chart below. Refer the section 1.B “Checking

the phase monitor “ for proper adjustment procedures.

Change the jumper connections on the primary side of the

transformer as indicated on the transformer.

Change the wiring on the motor as per the diagram on the

motor plate.

Replace the voltage sticker labels to indicate the new

voltage. This is an important step to help prevent incorrect

power connections.

Replacement overloads and phase monitors are available from

ADVANTAGE ENGINEERING, INC service department at 317-887-

0729. Transformers jumpers and voltage stickers will be supplied

free of charge, but must be requested when placing an order.
