Troubleshooting
Connected devices are not charged by the USB
charger.
♦ Plug the mains plug of the USB charger into a properly
installed mains power socket.
♦ Check your house fuses.
♦ Check the USB cable connection between the connected
devices and the USB charger.
♦ Check the charging connection of the connected devices
for functionality.
Connected devices are only charged slowly by the
USB charger.
♦ Only the USB Type-C socket

of the USB charger has
USB Power Delivery 3.0 (PD) technology and ensures
faster charging.
♦ Check whether the connected devices are compatible
with USB Power Delivery 3.0 (PD).
